God is constantly bringing people to The Remnant in crazy ways! And it’s evident that God had His hand in bringing John to The Remnant! We’re so glad He did because John’s joy is contagious! His love and joy always puts a smile on those he interacts with! He definitely deserves recognition for being one of the most positive people at The Remnant! So let’s give John a hand!

*How long have you been at The Remnant? What brought you to The Remnant?

It was either 2017 or 2018. I went to this church that was in this building before it became The Remnant. After a year the Remnant took over this location, I checked it out and loved it ever since. Love the people, Pastor Todd, the worship experience! I also enjoy going to Volleyball and Men's Group when I am able.

*What makes The Remnant different?

I love going to Sunday service learning about Jesus. The Remnant not only does that, but I had to hear certain truths I didn't like. Pastor Todd is not afraid of sharing those harsh truths. And the truth motivates me to take what the Bible teaches more seriously than I did before.*What is your current role at The Remnant?I am part of the Media Team, so I work the worship slides and sermon notes during service.

*How is God speaking to you lately? What is God teaching you?

I am not sure at the moment, but I have experienced changes since I started attending. I took part in Lionheart last year and it made me want to read the Bible more consistently.
